Exchange, Return & Replacement
At Sadhna.co, we take utmost care in packaging and dispatching our products. Due to the personal and consumable nature of spiritual items, we follow a strict no-return, no-refund policy, with exchanges allowed only in limited cases mentioned below.
Exchange Eligibility (ONLY When Applicable)
An exchange is allowed only if:
- You received a wrong product, OR
- The product arrived damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect at the time of delivery
In such cases, you must contact support@sadhna.co within 24 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos/videos showing the issue
Requests raised after 24 hours will not be eligible for exchange.
When Exchanges Are NOT Allowed

- The correct product was delivered in proper condition
- The product has been opened, used, or partially used
- Original packaging is missing or damaged
- The request is raised after 24 hours of delivery
- The issue is related to personal fragrance preference or expectations
- The product was damaged due to customer handling
If the correct product is delivered in proper condition, returns, exchanges, or refunds are not accepted.
Fragrance & Preference Disclaimer
Fragrance perception is subjective and varies from person to person.

- Fragrance intensity expectations
- Personal sensitivity or preference
We strongly recommend purchasing trial packs before ordering larger packs.
Opened or Used Products
Once a product is used, it becomes non-exchangeable, even if the request is raised within 24 hours.
