Bambuless so no harmful
Product and packaging are good gives premium good feel to it with the ceramic stand. I wish fragrances were even a little more stronger than what it is. One more feedback is I purchased havan cups all 3 variants and it's hard to light them up normally I have to use Kapoor to light them properly and also the stand we get for cups are very close proximity for cups it doesn't burn properly as air doesn't go in the stand and without oxygen it stops burning so practically stands are useless. Either you widen them up or reduce the height so cup can get air and oxygen to burn properly. Or maybe the batch I got have the issues all 3 facing same problem so I'm using other stands for burning cups.
Ok but seems synthetic not natural itra used
Because natural Iyer having great environmental feeling not too strong these are very good but strong electric cause please improve if feasible not for regular home use

The bamboo less dhoop sticks are really fantastic and burns for longer period and the fragrance is beautiful.

Gulab and chandan started using from the parcel received but they are no where closer to bhairavi and tulsi rani fragrance after 2 get over will try other but disappointed by chandan and gulab

Sticks are somewhat costly but quality is also good so can't really complain about it just I hope you keep giving incentives to existing customers like store credits with this submission and discount codes as well.
Products and packaging is good but it's costly compared to other available options you should work on pricing or more offers instead of 24hrs code. If I have purchased sticks worth 1000+ I don't need more sticks within 24hrs so coupon should be periodic or account wise for next order whenever.
